PMD1000 problem

Resently I meet a problem like this:

The system is based DDP3021, and there is a PMD1000 power chip.

Its voltage range is from 10.8V to 13.2V.

Normally the input voltage is 12V.

The problem is : when the input voltage is bigger than 11.7V, the pwrgood signal is not pulled to high level.

When the voltage is reduced to 11.7V or lower , the pwrgood is ok.

Is there any solution ?
