Hello Gary,
The MBMC sequence you requested will update under your previous request on the following URL:
http://dleinspect.itg.ti.com:82/dlp/embedded/catalog/dlp3000/dlp3000mbmc.html
Can you share how you are using these MBMC sequences?
Thanks,
Eric
Hi Eric,
Thank you for uploading the patterns. Also thanks to Sanjeev for uploading the first one I requested.
I am trying to combine 3D vision application with some color recognition. This will be used for filtering out the green background so only the object of interest will be mapped.
Hello Gary,
I loaded another pattern set with a corrected trigger signal.
Eric
Hi Eric,
Thank you for uploading the new patterns. Looks like they are triggering correctly.
I have one more question. When I switch to a static image mode and then back to pattern sequence mode I get a green sequence instead of MBMC sequence. Then I need to go back to the Sequence Builder tab and enable MBMC sequences and reenter the Vector parameters. The same thing happens when I do this in my code. But your software manual does not have the description of the command to go back into the MBMC code. Is it the TCP command (0x0A 0x01)? If so what is the data payload?
Hello Gary,
I am glad the triggers work correctly now. Sanjeev will need to answer your follow up question and he is out until Nov 10th. I will bring it to his attention when he is back in the office.
Thanks,
Eric
Hello Gary,
Regarding switching from/to MBMC sequence it always displays the Green monochrome sequence.
The reason is the following -
Basically whenever mode is changed to/from Pattern Sequence Mode, the priority is given to pre-defined sequences that are stores in the DLPC300 flash. This causes the system to always use the monochrome sequences which are made available as part of the Kit. MBMC feature is added at later point of time, and we wanted to make sure there is minimum impact on the existing behavior, because of this we made it mandatory to load the MBMC sequence again if you want to use this feature.
One option would be to save it as a 'Solution' then use 'Load Solution' option to recall the MBMC configuration.
We apologize for missing documentation for the commands needed http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/dlpu007c/dlpu007c.pdf, we thought user is going to experiment with GUI, I am attaching copy of commands description, we will update it in new version of document.
Regards,
Sanjeev
