LightCrafter GUI connection problem

I have problems with connecting to LightCrafter through GUI. Sometimes I have to press 'Connect' button multiple times before connection is established. Any suggestion what this might be due to?

I have updated hardware and software versions (see below).

Hello Tatyana,

Welcome to TI DLP E2E community

When you connect LightCrafter to PC, it takes over a minute to create a Local Area network connection and acquire IP address. So it is recommended that you wait until the network connection stops "Acquiring" or "Identifying" an IP address and then try connecting the LightCrafter. That should work.

Refer to section 2.2.4 on the User's guide.
