how fast the digital sterring in NIR?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLP5500

Hi all,

I'm studying how to steer a collimated (external) beam at about 810 nm on/off a given direction.

All I ask the MEMS is a binary switch of all area, and about 10 deg of deviation out of "ground state" position is fine. Beam spot diameter is about 10 mm. Power up to 10 mW. No matter how many pixels, but only that they move together.

Form previous blog discussion, I got that a couple of years ago the best candidate device was the DLP5500. What about now? what is the fastest switching time available?

Would reflectivity stay about 75%, as discussed for the DLP5500? a device with an higher efficiency is available?

is that available a demo driver&interface that does the simple task of switching on command?

Many thanks for your attention.

With best wishes,

Paolo
