Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLP7000, DLPC410

Hello TI:

I'm new about this Technology.  Recently our company are order about projector usesd an electronic circuit.

It develop by DLP this Technology.

Our company hope we can develop this electronic circuit.

Now I study some information. I'm note here have more important information.

I'm find this list like about control DLP core part.

And here even refer about :

I want know this development kit have what function?

It can help me do what thing?

And my next question is when I want order DLP7000 this important components.

  • Hello Cai,

Welcome to the DLP section of the TI-E2E Community.

The Discovery kit isan evaluation kit based on the DLPC410 controller.  They are available through select Design Partners that you can find at this link:  Solutions & Services.  Then choose the "Solution Search" tab and select "0.7 XGA Chipset and press go.  It will show those Design Partners that offer the evaluation kit based on this chipset or modules of their own design.

The Discovery is a highly optimized low level controller that allows very high speed patterns to be sent to the DMD through the controller.  It does not natively offer any video inputs.  The DLPC410 controller based systems requires users to define their own I/O system to the controller, typically an FPGA design (Altera, Xilinx, etc . . . )

If you wish to order just the chips for making your own board, that can be done through our distribution channels, such as Arrow, AvNet, Serial, EBV, etc . . .  However, I encourage those just starting out with DLP to obtain an evaluation kit or module from one of our Design Partners.

For the two modules you shown at the bottom of your post, ViALUX and VisiTech, please contact these Design Partners for more information about their modules.
