LightCrafter 2.0 Image sensor interface problem

I got a LightCrafter 2.0. And find that the J2 of the Image sensor interface do not has pins for the net of CAM_D0 and CAM_D1. But the DM365 dose. Why please?

    Referring to system boards schematics, if you look at the DM365 I/Os B17, A18 pins CIN0/CAM_D0 and CIN1/CAM_D1 respectively are also not processed in the DM365. They takeout as test points, TP8 and TP9.

    In short the board is designed allows for processing 10bit data processing only, if you are configuring your sensor for 12-bit then MSB 10 bits bit11:bit2 will be processed the DM365. I don't have full information on why it was designed like this, i think it was more to do with purpose, in structured light kind of applications camera processed in monochrome format and upto 10-bit grayscale can be enough for processing.
