Dear TI,

We want to buy the lightcrafter 4500. However, we want to know whether the light engine (lenses and LEDs) in a latest version can be removed but the system can still operate well.

Hello Albert,

Yes,

DLP4500 can operate without lense and LEDs removed. The bare minimum requirement will be the controller board (DLPC350 PCB) and the DLP4500 part.

what kind of wavelength can the inside light engine provide？You referred above means that the light engine is set inside the chipset of DLPC350 and the DLP4500. Can you give me some information about the engine. And how many channels of light(of different wave length) can the DLP4500 set?
