Control DMD Columns

Hi,

I am working with the NIR scan and as part of me setting up my configuration (I have changed the optics) I want to be able to send a simple command to "the board" to control each of the 1194 DMD columns in turn i.e. send the light (wavelength) to the detector one wavelength DMD column at a time and then send another command to read the ADC value of the detector.

Please could you advise on these commands, instead of my previous request for full command line documentation.

We really do need some support!

Thanks,

Tom

  • This has also been achieved by working with the lightcrafter interface - thank you TI tech support team for a very useful discussion.
  • Hi Tom,

I'm Nurul. Can you briefly explain how achieve such control on the DMD colums? I am trying to do the same thing to scan for visible light.
I've done some searching and Sajeev the TI guys said there is no easy way of doing this. he mentioned it in here >> e2e.ti.com/.../1615864

But according to your inquiries above, it seems you able to achieve it by using the GUI. Can you share?

p/s: I'm not sure if lightcrafter and DLP NIR scan is using the same GUI or not. But nonetheless, just hoping you can share it just in case they are similar so that i can apply it in Lightcrafter
