Hi, I would like to know can the DLP support 100K Hz signal using IIC( I²C) communicate with MCU? If it can't, what maximum volume can it support. Thanks for answering.

Hello Michael,
The maximum I2C communication for the DLPC900 (the controller that controls the DLP9000 in the LightCrafter9000 EVM), is 400 kHz. So yes, the DLPC900 can support 100 kHz I2C as well.
For more information on the DLPC900 I2C specifications, check out the DLPC900 datasheet: http://www.ti.com/lit/dlps037
