Extremely disappointed by DLi : Assembly of DLi4130 electronics parts?

Dear,

I received a DLi4130 0.7" XGA 2xL VDS Visible ALP HS Kit from DLi

1-THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE INSTRUCTION PAGE FOR ASSEMBLY OF THE ELECTRONICS PARTS !

2-THE LIST CONTENT of the MATERIAL resembles my young kid's homework, written on a blank page with no reference : how may I know what is a "Hardware Assembly (with Interposer) " and other stuffs? How may I check that the provided parts are the good ones?

3-The KIT does not resemble that of the web site, that includes two flex cables while I get only one (may I try randomnly to set the cable on the main board ?).

4- The software is not from DLi but from VIALUX, but the software installation is correct and VIALUX provides every usefull instructions for it.

5- I asked for help at DLi twice, with still no answer...I am losing so precious a time !

    Hello Remi,

    To answer a few of your questions preliminarily:

    3) I believe the picture you are referring to shows a 0.95-inch 1080p DMD (which requires two flex cables) - as opposed to your 0.7-inch XGA DMD, which only requires one flex cable. To connect the boards, the flex cable can be screwed in to the controller board and the DMD board, if one side of the flex cable reads, "DMD END" connect that end to the DMD board.

    5) We have asked DLi to respond to your request.
