About the image display of 120Hz when using it by "PatternSequence".

"LightCrafter4500" is used.

There is a question about the use of "OperatingMode" by "PatternSequence", and time when image (8bitDepth) of 120Hz is input from Video port.

"TRIG 1 OUT" is displayed by 60Hz. How should I set it to display "TRIG 1 OUT" by 120Hz?

    Hi,

    I see the input VSYNC from o-scope CH2 is 121.212Hz (8250us) which is LESS than the pattern display time 8333us. So DLPC350 is not able to complete the display sequence. So you are seeing trigger out appearing every alternate frames i.e., @ 60Hz.

    I suggest to do the following - 

    reduce the frame rate to say 199Hz, then you can see trigger output appearing every frame.

    Change the setting of VideoBoard to 119Hz "TRIG1OUT" was now about 120Hz cycle display.
    However, the polarity of the standby of "TRIG1OUT" does not output as configured.
    (Check the setting of the inverted "TRIG1OUT")
    Please tell me how to resolve.

    It will attach an image at the time of 120Hz and 100Hz display.

    Do you mean the TRIGGER_OUT_1 polarity is not displayed correctly? You wanted to invert the polarity of TRIGGER_OUT_1 signal?

    For this, you must goto Trigger Controls tab and then Select the Invert Trigger 1 Output (check box), then send sequence, validate the sequence and start.

    Setting for inverting the polarity of TRIG_1_OUT we can.

    Only when at 120Hz of VSYNC, we have heard that TRIG_1_OUT after output TRIGER does not return to the Hi-Level.

    Operating Mode: Pattern Sequence
    Sequence Settings: Video port
    Timing
    Internal Trigger (us): 8333
    Pattern Exposre (us): 8333
    Pattern Sequence: 9images, Play Once

    Invert Trigger 1 Output:Check

    Looks like a issue in the firmware, could you run the same configuration now VSYNC @ the source to much lower say 100Hz, can you see still see the OUT_TRIG signal not going high problem.

    For play once, make sure you are issuing Validate Sequence command every time before running issuing the start command.
