Inquiry about DLP3010 DMD chipset(0.3 720p)

Hi,

I have a question about DLP3010 DMD Chipset.

Q1.The following pins are next to each other with DLPA3000 device.

   99pin DMD_VBIAS 18V

 100pin DMD_VRESET -14V

  Electric potential difference of 32V is between these 2 pins.

  The space of the pad is very narrrow with 0.2mm.

  Is it necessary to pay attention,when the PCB layout?

Q2.I want to monitor the temperature by placing a temperature sensor near the LED.

      I think that I can measure temperature using an analog comparator of DLPA3000 or an analog converter of MSP430.

      Which way is recommended?

Q3.I'm looking for a recommended land pattern dimensions of DLPC3438ZEZ. VFBGA(201)13x13mm²

Figure of data sheet page 64 is it?(DLPS035A)

    Respnoses:

    Q1) There is no special attention required for those pins. The should be solder mask between the pins that will prevent any solder from shorting between the pins.

    Q2) Either method will using the DLPA3000 or MSP430 will work. It might be simplier with the MSP430. Use of the DLPA3000 requires interaction and SW in the DLPC343x ASIC to control, setup and read the comparator results.

    Q3) Yes the recommended land pattern for the DLPC3438 is on page 64 of the datasheet.
