HQ\HD Pico Projector

Looking to talk to someone who can help me with finding HQ\HD pico projector similar in quality to:

Some places say this is 1,200 Lumens, some say 100 Lumens.  That is a huge difference.  I have one of these and the brightness is okay not superb.  I would like to discuss further with someone.  Who should I contact?  Thanks.
