Hello,

I received the question from my customer.

How much size is the opening?

They would like to know BGA pad opening size of the below image.(package side)


They have confirmed requirement for PCB side in DLPC3438 data sheet but no data about DLPC3438 side.

Also DPP3438 datasheet has no data for the point.
