anyone selling their Lightcrafter 4500/6500 or Discovery 4100?

The partners of TI which sell Discovery 4100 have pretty [edited] disappointing sites. The contact form in Wintech gives an error and the DLi website's captcha is not working which is required apparently to proceed with contacting them. The last site linked from this site is in japanese and when you click english, it throws you to their homepage and I can't for the love of god find the same page in english.

So if anyone else here has a Discovery 4100 which he'd like to sell, let me know. I don't even know how much it costs now.

Same with Lightcrafter 4500/6500. They are available from TIs website as well but I'd like to know the prices these companies offer, also would like to know if someone would like to sell theirs in this forum.

Also, one of your clients suggested to contact you via email for buying used/old products, but you don't have an email contact form and I can't afford calling to your US number from the opposite site of the globe...

  • Hello Ashot,

I will let Wintech and DLi know your experience with their websites was not good and make them aware of your post if they wish to contact you directly.

I also recognize your experience was frustrating, but please use appropriate language in your posts to this site.

    Thanks,

    Eric

  • Hello Ashot,

Sorry to hear that your experience was problematic with our website, but thank you for bringing this to my attention. My name is David Smith, Director of Sales and Marketing for Wintech, and I can certainly help you with your request for a LightCrafter 4500 or a production ready version of the LightCrafter 4500, the PRO4500 (www.wintechdigital.com/index.php;product_id=53). Please contact me directly at dsmith@wintechdigital.com to discuss your requirements in more detail.

    Thanks,
    Dave
  • The word I used as a synonym for "bad"is pretty low in the hierarchy of profanity, if it is even considered one today, but oh well, okay.

I will use that email, thanks. As for DLi, no way to contact them for the inquiry.

But note the title of this thread and the second question.
If anyone has a used DLP Disconvery or Lightcrafter let me know, I wouldn't mind buying second hand for cheaper.
