PAD2005 package marking inquiry

Dear

I founded there are two types of package marking in PAD2005.

Can you tell me what difference they have?

One is "PAD2005X" , the other is "PAD2005"

    These are identical parts. The x marked part was shipped prior to the part being released to production and is considered an engineering sample.

    Thank you for your answer.

    The problem is we are now mass production stage.

    but there are many booting fail board when we use PAD2005 marking with PAD2005. ( no added X )

    The test result is the HOST_IRQ (DPP3438 output) of those boards remains High. ( It does not be driven to Low )

    Can you give me some comments about this problem?

    Alan, I think there is at least one email stream regarding this issue. Divya will forward this to me and I will reply there.

    For others that might read this let me say again that the parts marked "PAD2005X A4" are identical to the parts marked "PAD2005 A4". My guess is that there is an assembly related issue causing the problem you are having.
