Pattern Sequence Mode on Lightcraft 4500

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPC350

Hellow team,
I have problems on using Pattern Sequence Mode on Lightcraft 4500.

I updated to the fireware 2.0 used LightCrafter4500.exe. And tested the Pattern Sequence Mode in the GUI DLP_3D_Printer.exe. After that I opened the LightCrafter4500.exe and it warnned "WARNING:Old version of Firmware detected.".Is that mean the fireware in Lightcraft 4500 had became back to 1.0 ?

Actually,I want to upload image data over USB into flash memory of the LightCrafter 4500 ,which the image data is from a micro controller but not PC.I know the stored image on flash doesn't have image format like BMP .I want to know how a picture like BMP format was compressed and packed, and sended to the flash memory of the LightCrafter 4500.

Best Regards,

Bee Leng

[Sanjeev] I don't think so. Make sure you are using the v2.0.0 firmware to build your image.

[Sanjeev] For this i suggest you to use the LightCrafter 4500 GUI to build the firmware image by adding your images, the out firmware image is the one that your microcontroller can send directly to DLPC350. There is no direct option to put/replace the image into flash, you need to use the GUI tool offline to build the final firmware image.
How frequently you are required to change the image in the flash? How many images are there in total?
