Failed to show the stored pattern sequence

Hi all,

I bought a DLP Lightcrafter last week and I had updated the firmware into the latest one (DM365 v5.0, FPGA v2.6.43, MSP430 v3.0).
I had no trouble when displaying the static image, but I always failed to show the stored pattern sequence (the display didn't change).
Here were the steps I did to show the stored pattern:

  1. Connected the computer to the DLP (it was success)
  2. Set the display mode to "Stored Pattern Sequence"
  3. In the "Sequence Setting", I set the bit depth to 1, pattern count to 6, pattern type "Normal", input trigger "Auto", LED select "Red", Exposure 8000, Trigger Period 8333
  4. Pressed the "Set" button and it was success
  5. Then I uploaded all the 6 images (all are black and white BMP image with resolution 608 x 684) and pressed "Upload All" (it was success)
  6. When I clicked "Display This" button, it show "Command FAILED"
  7. I also tried clicking "Start", but the display didn't change at all.

I know this has been asked many times, but I didn't manage it even though I have followed the suggested answers.
