How to trigger my Camera Using DLP LightCrafter

Hi,

I quickly checked the GT1910, I am assuming you are interested to trigger the camera from the projector. The GT1910 has Opto-isolated In 2 signal for triggering camera as per the hardware spec;

Input 2 opto-isolated (SyncIn2) In 2 In Uin(high) = 5–24 V Uin(low) = 0–0.8 V

Which means the trigger input signal interpreted for > 5.0V as HIGH and 0 - 0.8V as LOW. So, on the LightCrafter system board the default o/p is b/w 0 - 3.3V, you can remove resistor at R292 and put 0-Ohm resistor at R291 to get 5.0V output.

So if I use the GT1910 In1 and Out1 with LVTTL, the system circuit board of DLP works well without modify?

If I choose the LVTTL, I should connect the PIN3 (DLP) to PIN4 (GT-Camera) ; PIN2(DLP) to PIN6 (GT-Camera). Is that right?
But how about the PIN1 and PIN4 of DLP?

We haven't tried the direct TTL signal way of triggering the camera. We followed typical recommended operation; that is using the opto-isolated signals for camera trigger.
