Can Pattern Color be white?

Due the LED driver and LEDs it is not possible to display white color on LightCrafter engine refer to this thread https://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp__mems_micro-electro-mechanical_systems/f/850/t/220035 ,  our design house partner Keynote Photonics has modified hardware http://www.ti.com/devnet/docs/catalog/endequipmentproductfolder.tsp?actionPerformed=productFolder&productId=16140

What are the disadvantages for longer exposure time,except need more time?

Nothing as such especially for 1-bit it doesn't matter, for other bit-depth patterns > 20ms exposure is meet by repeating the base exposure i.e., for example, 40ms for 8-bit pattern is meet by repeating 20ms exposure twice, this too happens internally so user will not have any problem with getting the trigger o/p or I/p.

If the exposure time of my camera is shorter than one of DLP,I only get color picture.That's right?
The exposure time of my DLP must be shorter than camera very much?
I should write"LEDSelect = LED_DEFAULT"in my program?

Hi,

Are you using the LightCrafter GUI? You should be able to load or stream patterns using the GUI, which can help you set up all the required configuration.

Projecting 'white' using the sequential RGB LEDs on the LightCrafter will depend on how your sensor is integrating the captured images. You can adjust the pattern display time and camera settings to achieve this. If you take a look at posts Sanjeev linked in his previous comment, there are alternative suggestions as well.

Hi,
I just want to show the black- white pictures one by one. The "Static Image" is too slow.
I have tried the Extended Pattern in test file, and the projector was worked. But I need a sequence file for my pictures.
I need show 42 or 22 pictures and photograph them less than 5 seconds or more short.
