DLP NIrscan Nano calibration

Hello,

we have 2 devices of the Nano EVM and we are having discrepancies in the spectral response: one of them is wrongly calibrated in wavelength. The blue dashed line in the figure, corresponds to the device correctly calibrated, the red solid line to the one having the problem, which is deviated 40nm.

For the measurements, we used a white reference from Spectralon and as sample a calibrated disk with known spectral peaks.

Can anyone please explain the procedure to calibrate this device? I have seen another post with similar issues (http://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp__mems_micro-electro-mechanical_systems/f/983/t/461946Thanks a lot in advance.

  • Hi Eusebio,

We would like to get the unit (associated to the red curve) returned to TI, so we can debug, and provide a solution. Hence, I have sent a request to contact you directly.
