Hi
Thanks for getting back to me. The only SDK I see at www.ti.com/.../dlplightcrafter is a Linux one (it is zipped with a .run file which I don't think I can run on windows??). Is there another location for the SDK that I can download a windows version? That would be even better.
Thanks
Apologies for my previous reply, I misunderstood that you are referring to the DLP 3D SDK.
For the LightCrafter related software there are two packages one is simple LightCrafter GUI control utility http://www.ti.com/lcrfw3_linux the other one is the DM365 Kernel build utility http://www.ti.com/dlplcr_dm365_dvsdk SDK
Here is the Ubuntu note on installing the .run file http://askubuntu.com/questions/18747/how-do-i-install-run-files
Regards,
Sanjeev
Hi Sanjeev,
Thanks for the reply. I have previously tried to run the .run file as described in your link on two separate Ubuntu installations. For some reason, nothing happens that I can tell. It executes instantly and...nothing. Should it be installed somewhere in particular that I can look for it? Alternately, is it possible to just download a ZIP file with the files in it (why do I have to *INSTALL* this thing??). Maybe someone on the board can send me the files...?
