Minimum latency in displaying images using flash or HDMI

Hey all,


I have two questions.

Does anyone know what is the minimum latency one can achieve while displaying images from he flash or streaming images via HDMI?

I know that the maximum worst case scenario takes 200ms to load an image from flash to buffer, but has anyone ever measured the minimum latency before? Or in other words is it possible to have a latency of 10ms or less?
