I am working on designing the DLP Application with the DLPC410 chipset for driving the DMD 7000uv and 9500uv.

How can I find the part no. and  datasheets of the LGA socket for 7000uv and 9500uv ? Also I need the tech Info. about the

suitable flex cable from Amphenol.
