DLP Lightcrafter is not detected in Windows 8/10

When I connect my DLP Lightcrafter to PC with Windows8 or 10, the device is not recognized. Under Device Manager, nothing related to RNDIS/EthernetGadget is shown. I don't see yellow sign for driver update as well. What could be wrong?

Why Windows 8/10 does not detect the device?

    Hi Nyan,

    Welcome to the DLP LightCrafter Development Platform Forum!

    It should work on Windows 8/10.  Please confirm that your machine has the latest windows patches, and try to re-install and re-boot the machine.

    After some search I noticed that some people were experiencing some issues on Windows 10 and were contacting Microsoft as shown in this page
