Dear Engineers,,

I bought DLP NIRscan nano two weeks ago and i faced a problem when i tried to change measurements parameters, it shows a red signal on EEPROM, Error reading hibernation state from device and i can't use factory parameters anymore. How could i fix these problems?

Hello Khalid,

Have you tried reloading the DLP150 and TIVA firmwares under the Utilites tab?

Also could you report back what version of the GUI you are running (under the Information tab)? Also if the DLPC150 or TIVA are reporting a version there (other than 0.0.0) please report it also. This will help to diagnose the issue. Thanks.

Hey Fizix,

I've updated the DLP150, and i wasn't able to update Tive firmware (i might have some missing software) and still have the same problem. You can check the following images.

Khalid,

Sorry for the long delay in responding. Please be sure to download the latest TIVA firmware and load it to the unit. The TIVA version you have will not work with the 2.0.x GUI. The current TIVA firmware version is 2.0.1 and can be found here --> http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/tidcc48

Also note that we recently posted a minor revision update to version 2.0.2 of the GUI.

I have downloaded the latest TIVA firmware to the unit, and still having some problems with absorbance scanning.

Hello Khalid,

I am sorry I missed your reply. How are you performing the scan?

Also, I strongly advise making or obtaining a reflectance standard to set a new reference every scanning session.

There is a problem with the EEPROM it always shows me red signal, also I can't measure the absorbance.
