I hope that you will be able to assist me, the lab in which I work is a proud owner of the TI DLP Lightcrafter. However, we have been having serious difficulty for some time now trying to get the firmware to update. We connect successfully to the Lightcrafter using the control software, and am able to receive the "command success" when I attempt to upgrade the DM365, however, I receive no light output and the FPGA and MSP430 firmware version displays XXX.XXX. The DM365 version displays 5.0.
Upgrading the DLPC300 and the MSP430 both display command failed.
Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
