Hi guys, we're new in this industry and we have many many questions on how to start a product, and mostly how to handle Manufacturing.
We're on a prototyping stage building a tiny proyector to display information in restaurants, so we bought a LightCrafter 2010 EVM and right, its $599, but how do we move from here to production?
What's the production cost of the optical engine? Do we deal with TI directly? Or do we have to find another supplier?
The LC 2010 EVM optical engine its tiny enough to build what we need, but we don't need the rest of the PCB, we'll be building our own PCB to run our software.
If you have any advice, or you've already created a prototype and taken it to market, please let us know your comments.
