Issue in displaying pattern sequences

Hi all,

I am able to display a static image, but when I try to display pattern sequences, after I click on Start, I get command success but nothing is displayed.

While if I click on Display this, I get command failed:

These are the steps that I follow:

Set Display Mode to Stored pattern Sequence
Set Bit Depth to 1
Pattern Count 96
Pattern Type Normal
Input Trigger to Auto
LED Select to Red
Set exposure to 8000 us
Set trigger period to 8333us
Click Set on the sequence settings
On the Load Pattern Images tab, Browse the images
Upload All
Start the sequence

Any ideas of why this is happening and how I could solve this?

Hi Valentina,

Thanks for providing your steps. It looks like almost all steps are correct, but you may be missing 2 clicks:

Once "Stored Pattern Sequence" is selected as the "Display Mode", be sure to click the "Set" button.

The "Command Failed" can occur (after clicking the "Display This" button) when the Sequence is running. Be sure to click the "Stop" button before clicking the "Display This" button.

Hi,

thank you! I was missing the "Set" button step when I selected the "Display Mode" to be "Stored Pattern Sequence".
Now it's working.
