A customer reports failure operation of the Lightcrafter as follows.
The failure occurs on same unit.
They have provided snapshot of debug message on J1(UART).
case 1: NAND boot failed. No display image. Frequency of the failure: 1/10.
The debug messages are,

API.c:1184 >> Error = FAIL
[04 03] Error Flag : CMDH_ERROR_CMD_FAILED
Please provide a comment about above debug messages. Also provide
a suggestion what should they check.
