Micromirror spring constant and resonant frequency

Hi all,

I'm wondering if a TI engineer might have a couple numbers for me.  I'm looking at using a DMD unit for a fundamental physics experiment (I'm a physics grad student), but I need some values for the spring constant and resonant frequency of the micromirrors.  Does anyone happen to have this or know where I can find it?  If I have to, I can come up with ways to deduce it from other specs, but I'd rather have a real value.
