Hi,

Our board began to display suddenly black dots, the dots are not intended.

It seems that part of the mirror is sticking. so, I want to know the factors that mirrors in DMD device are sticking.

For example, does this will be a factor if the impact is given to the DMD?

Hi H.U,

Can you attach a picture of the DMD? Sometimes improper power supply or improper control signals can cause DMD damage.

Can you describe in detail under what circumstances these patterns appeared on the DMD? Are the proper ESD protocols being followed during transport?

One additional comment - if these patterns don't display during operation, then there is no issue. Sometime during the resting state of the DMD, a residual pattern can occur if one or two patterns have been used frequently.
