This is to Inform that on switching on the DLP_LightCrafter_4710_EVM device it projects the Default image at start-up but after opening software it shows in Input field as Video but when selecting any image in "Patterns and Images" tab at Display Images category then if we set it, it is not possible to switch to Video mode as Input after that.
We tried all updating of Firmware and Resetting to Default too but now it is not all possible from our end to change the Input as Image to Video, kindly let us know the way to switch it as per our requirement.
Note: Provide us the Firmware for Updating it and way to switch the Input field as video to proceed with our work, Attachment for your reference.
