lightcrafter usb connected to win7, showed "unidentified network"

Hello,

I tried to connect my lightcrafter to a PC (win 7). I have already installed the   DLP LightCrafter Firmware and Software Bundle - Windows  3.0 and installed the RNDS driver as the user guide said.  However, the network adapter panel showed the connection is "unidentified network".  

I tried to ping the IP and it seemed OK.

I  also tried to reboot the computer,   tried the connection on the other PC and laptop.  It still did not work.

Please help me because I really need to get this device going on work. Thanks a lot!
