DLPA2000 EVM schematic and layout, questions on mounting and LEDs when not using LEDs

Hi Support Team

Need some help for a customer, here is what they are asking:

The DLPA2000 comes in a fine pitch (0.4mm) Wafer Scale BGA.    However, the picture on page 47 of the datasheet shows a different, quad package.    Is there guidance as to fanout and stackup for the BGA package?    Are microvias required?

I understand there is an eval board.    Is there a schematic & layout with Gerbers available for the eval board? I could not finds this on the web

We are not likely to use the LED driver feature.     How should the unused LED driver pins be handled?     Can the L1/L2 inductor be left out? You can also email me direct.
