I wasn't sure where to post this question. Please redirect if this is not the appropriate forum.

Am I allowed to post source code of projects using DLPC900 firmware code on github? Is TI ok with this?

We've done some code that we think will be useful to some other developers. What are the rules regarding posting projects that use TI-code or modified TI-code? Thanks for any information.

Did you modify the DLPC900 FW? Reading through the license agreement that came with the DLPC900 FW, I believe that the answer is no, but I will check on this and post back when I have a definite answer.

Ameet,

TI only provides object code, not source code, for the DLPC900 FW. Are you asking about posting the file found in DLPR900PROM or about posting modified GUI source code files?

If you could clear up exactly what you're interested in posting, that'd be helpful.

Hi Ameet,

The license agreement for the DLPC900REF-SW states that the source code is not to be shared with third parties. Please do not post the code on github with the intent to share with other people.
