Pattern sequence command fail in TI GUI

I believe your issue is that the bit depth of the HW pattern has to be 1 bit, not 8. If you change it to 1 bit does it solve your problem?

Do you have suggestion?

Can you switch the input trigger type to "Auto," set the Trigger Period to 0 and change the input trigger back to "command"? Then hit "set."

After you hit "set", click "start".

Does that fix it?

Yes i can.

So that tells me that USB communication between the board the computer is working correctly....

This issue is strange because using the same settings you have, I am able to get my Lightcrafter to function as expected. My next recommendation would be to reload the FW on the LCr to make sure it isn't corrupted and to try again. Section 2.13 here: www.ti.com/.../dlpu006e.pdf

What operating system are you using with the GUI?

There should be no issues with Win7, it's exactly what I'm using here. Let me know the results once you've reloaded the FW.

Hello Paul I have the same problem. Try to install the updates mentioned in section 2.13.1 subsection 2 (although they only mention the type of extension and not the name of the file):

My problem now is that when installing the update for the DLPC300, my DLP stopped sending images >( .

Could you send me via e-mail or say where I can download the correct updates to reconfigure my DLP correctly?

Because I had already installed one similar to one of those 3 files in the previous version I had and was the reason why my DLP stopped emitting images >(.

Ah, I understand now. Sorry for the confusion. To download the latest DLPC300 firmware, use this link: http://www.ti.com/tool/DLPR300

The rest of the system component firmwares are the in the previous link, which you attached a screenshot of.

Hi Paul, its me again.

I downloaded the link file that you suggested, in which I found this file:

Which coincides with the file extension mentioned in section 2.13.1 of the data sheet.

But now my problem is that by mistake I upload an incorrect file on my DLP and I can not establish communication with the DLP via the DLPLighcrafter Control Software.

I do not know if I have to reinstall the DM365 Firmware and boot the device via a micro SD as mentioned in section 2.13.2.3. What should I do to get back to the factory conditions of my DLP? 

I need help :(.

Hi Andres,

I'm sorry about that! A couple questions to help me out:

* Which incorrect file did you load to your Lightcrafter?
* What happens when you power the Lightcrafter on - do you still get the splash screen images?

If you don't see any splash images and you can't get the EVM to connect, then yes, I would reload the DM365 firmware and then re-upload the firmware for the DLPC300.
