Need DAD200 (2506593-4) Part Markings

Is a marking specification or datasheet with part markings available for the DAD2000 (2506593-4)? I would prefer to have it spelled out line-by-line what specific characters are date & lot code as well as any die revision codes and options (voltages, etc). This is usually at least in the part markings database at http://focus.ti.com/general/docs/partmarking/partmarkinghome.jsp or listed in the orderable parts in a datasheet. Thanks.

Welcome to the DLP section of the TI E2E community. Sorry for the delayed response on your inquiry. Do you have access to the DLP Discovery Knowledge Base? If not please let me know and I will e-mail you instructions on how to get access. In the DLP Discovery Knowledge base there is a D4000 section that contains a Customer Datasheet for this part. The marking schema is explained on pages 29 and 30 of that document.

Hi,

I cannot find the technical document 2506593 on the DAD2000, nor the 2509511 on the DDC4000 chip.

I tried the the knowledge database, but unsuccesfully.

Could you e-mail me these documents please?

The documentations are on the KnowledgeBase, which is a NDA-restricted database. Please contact the distributor whom you purchased the Discovery kit from for the documentation.
