Part Number: DLPLIGHTCRAFTER

Hello

We have the EVM and downloaded the GUI interface to an HP computer with windows 8. We have the projector working and the keystone features work. However, when we try to change any of the display settings on the left side of the GUI such as cropping or rotating the projected image, the projector ends up displaying a black screen instead. We've tried resetting the projector, and playing around with the arrow keys but we can't seem to fix it. Is this a known issue/are we missing a step? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Thank you for your interest in our DLP Technology. I am sorry that you are facing issues with our GUI.

    Can you please let me know which EVM are you using ?


    In general you also have to specify the width and height of the DMD as mentioned in the help menu. Can you please try that ?

    We have the DLPDLCR2010EVM. 

    What do you mean by "DMD"?

    If you mean just the physical dimensions of the entire dev board, then we measured it to be 17.75 cm long, 7.85 cm wide, and a height of 3 cm to the center of the projector lens.

    Hello User,

    Please see below the image for my 3010 EVM which has a resolution of 1280x720.

    The width and height is set to the DMD resolution in your case 854x480 for scale input image size. The crop width and height has to be set to your input image size in my case the splash image is 520x320. X and Y is defining the starting position of the image.


    I would recommend reading the help info and take a look at the GUI User's Guide.
