I have seen IBIS model of DLPC200.
a) It seems that MEM_ODT(AH12) pin uses 50ohm output buffer. So I thinks actual ODT buffer value is 50ohm. Is my understanding right?
b) Do you have possibly to be changed this value (50 ohm) by firmware update?
