DLP4500NIR: Controlling the refresh rate of video mode operation

Hello everybody.

We are using the DLP4500NIR in the DLP4500EVM. I would like to know if there is a way to control the framerate at which the DMD mirrors are refreshed when operated in video mode.

Hi Tim,

When you say you're in video mode, are you feeding video over HDMI to the EVM? To get a different frame rate, you'll just need to change the source configuration. The EVM can handle most frame rates up to 120Hz.

Thanks for the answer, i am feeding over HDMI. Does the EVM also have a lower framerate limit?

I believe 10Hz is the lower limit.
