Hello Sirs,

I have several TI Enigma Boards (below is part signs from the board).

Top of module:
Silk screened on PCB:
ENIGMA BOARD CCA 2509488-[ ] REV [ ]
ACD# TIDLP-16340-06

Most of them have the FPGA issues.

1) Could you please advise how I can load FPGA firmware to the boards over console ports (JTAG or something like that)?

2) Could you also provide factory firmware version v.1.8.24 and CSP firmware v.0.2.4?

    Hi Alexander,

    Those boards are part of a cinematic projection system, correct? If that's the case, we won't be able to help you with this issue, you'll need to go to the projector manufacturer for the assistance you are looking for.

    Projector manufacturer says it cannot repair the boards and don't know how to do this as it doesn't produce it and advise us to buy a new one, but we cannot buy them all the time when it becomes faulty (taking into account we just need to reinstall the software manually to the LD).
    As you are the manufacturer of this board could you please help us with that?

    Alexander,

    TI is only a component supplier to the projector makers and thus do not have insight into the details of the final product. Therefore your best option will be to work directly with the projector maker.
