DLP9500: How to mount DMD properly with Thorlabs mounts?

Hi, all

I want to use DLP9500 with laser source and other optical devices. However, angle(or altitude) of DMD is hard to adjust, which should make incident and reflective beam in the same height. Have anyone worked

with DMD in your optical system ? What's the way you fix your DMD and adjust its altitude ?

Hello User,

Typically for the Discovery 4100 DMD, we mount them with the plane of the DMD vertical and the bottom of the DMD rotated 45° so that the input beam, projected beam, and dump beam are all in the same plane parallel to the breadboard/tabletop:
