Please note this EVM is targeted at display applications and we normally do not make recommendations regarding UV application for these products. Have you seen our page for UV specific applications?

Also, please refer to this thread which may discuss some of your similar concerns for using UV.

Regarding 3D models for this EVM, all available information for this EVM can be found at the following reference design. 3D models of individual components can be found on the same page.

Hello Sepeedah !
during experiments I burn out blue LED , where I can found replacement similar ?
what is the voltage / ampere I have to looking for ?
one more question . why there is 10 wires 5 blue and 5 black ?
what is the reason you not use just 2 +/- ?

Hello Dmitry,
Sorry to hear of the problem.
Since TI does not manufacture the optical engine, I would recommend to contact Young Optics, the optical engine manufacturer for DLP4710 (www.ti.com/.../pico-chipsets-solutions-services.page ) for specifications regarding the LED used in the optical engine module and any specification on how to replace the LED.

On the second question, the reason for the multiple wires is the LED current we drive through them. Since we can not use thicker wires due to the connector, multiple wires are used to drive 16A.

Dmitry,
I would advise to get this information from Young Optics as well, since they design the optical engine and will have the most up to date and accurate information.
