Hello dear TI community !!! Tell me who has been dealing with DLP® LightCrafter™ Display 2000 Evaluation Module the description says that it can connect to Beagle Bone black and can I connect it to the Beagle Bone Wireless.On pins seems to converge but start examples for DLP. Or you can join with other boards of the series of Begle Bone Black? I understand that questions may be stupid but I had been programming CC3200 CC1350 ). And somehow scared to immediately undertake the DLP. With deep reverence. Your fan)

Thanks for your interest in our DLP products.

the BeagleBone Black incorporates support for the DLP® LightCrafter™ Display 2000 EVM through cape overlay configuration files that are provided with the downloadable Debian distribution made for the BeagleBone Black. These distributions are maintained here: http://beagleboard.org/latest-images

As long as the BeagleBone model that you are using supports the cape overlay configuration, this EVM will work out of the box with the BeagleBone you are interested. I suggest you look at the DLP® LightCrafter™ Display 2000 EVM User's guide (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/dlpu049/dlpu049.pdf) for a diagram describing the pinouts of the EVM.

Hello Dollo,

I am interested about DLPDLCR2000EVM. but i want to use in touch screen panel. how can i use this module? in industrial purpose.

There are many ways with which a touch interface can be incorporated into a smart display using the DLPDLCR2000EVM, such as time-of-flight, ultrasound, and IR. You can review some of these options in our guide to smart home displays here: http://www.ti.com/lit/wp/dlpc101a/dlpc101a.pdf
