Is there a public post of the operational software for the PICO 2 on the ArduinoMega?
Also, what flex cable interface is considered best?

Hi JMACA,
TI does not currently provide any software for the PICO, please check with other postings in the community for suggestions. Are you trying to control the PICO through the auxiliary port? The auxiliaray port can support standard I2C input, but it does require that you have some way to access these signals. The flat flex cables to mate with the auxilliary port J113 can be found from Digi-key. Part No. Digi-Key WM10219-ND, Molex 21020-0259
Hi Wya,
It is very helpful to have the Digi-Key reference - perhaps TI can gather all the info needed for turn-key operation of PICO with structured spatial into a single pdf. It would save us re-discovering the wheel.
Is there available pin-out prototype board (0.1" spaced pads headers) for the flex cable with a connector on the other end?
I understand that Nvidea api enables access to the I2C channel on the HDMI/DVI connector? Does anyone make publicly available a Windows 7 driver/module/program for the purpose?
Alternatively, a small USB to J113 dongle would be useful? Any partners?
Dennis
Hi Dennis,
Thank you for your suggestion. TI is continuously trying to improve its products and your feedback is valuable.
The Pico kit is designed to be an evaluation module, while we would like to be able to try all the possible tools out there with the kit, it is very difficult. TI does not currently have a drive/module/program to provide to the user. Please check with others in the community.
The flex cable is meant to be used to breakout the signals from the Pico V2. If you would like to design your own board to connect to the flex cable on the other end, you can use the Molex header found on the digikey website with the part number:
