DLP4710: Just white light, no screen

Hello,

i use DLP4710,  when i turn on the power, just show white light like as below picture, 

i check all the clock and power, can't find any issue.

my image config standard is SPLASH.

Please help give me some suggest, thanks!

    Thanks for using the forums. I have a few questions to ask so I can better assist you.

    1. Have you ever seen a good splash image from this platform?
    2. Where did you get your firmware image?
    3. Which setting do you have for the DMD mapping in your firmware?

    1, the firmware is copied from the DLP 4710 development board, and Guang Jichang has also provided the same problem as the firmware test

    turn on the dark white light, power consumption and normal projection, there is no other phenomenon

    3, I didn't make any settings on the PC control software

    Hello Ray,

    I will reach out to you concerning the schematics. Also, please correct the any of the following if it is incorrect:

    You are using a custom board.
    You have never seen a good image from this setup.
    You are using the standard 4710 EVM firmware image.
