Those files are present on the TI design page, although not in an intuitive place.
Download the following zip from the www.ti.com/.../tida-00554 design files.

TIDA-00554 CAD Files (Opto Mechanical) (Rev. A)

Within that zip there is a step file located in the 2513874-Mech CAD.zip folder.
