Hi

I have a question about the DLP 7000 data sheet.

Although it is described as ”RArray-To-Ceramic = thermal resistance of DMD package from array to TC2 (°C/W)” in chapter 8.6.3,

Is the value of RArray-To-Ceramic as 9.0 [℃ / W] as described in chapter 7.5 Thermal Information?

If RArray-To-Ceramic = 9.0[℃ / W], I think that the value in chapter 8.6.3 is TP1 instead of TC2.

    Hello Leonardo,

    Very good catch.  Several years ago for uniformity all test points were named TP instead of TC.  Some documents used TC and some TP.  Furthermore, it was also decided for consistency for TP1 to always be the test point on the back of the package (originally this was TC2 on this DMD). 

    Apparently this reference in Equation 1 slipped through and should be corrected to TP1 as you correctly noted.

    We will also add this to our next data sheet changes for this device.
