DLPLIGHTCRAFTER: Determining the version number of my device

Part Number: DLPLIGHTCRAFTER

I am looking to reinstall the software after having to wipe my computer and am trying to determine the version of my lightcrafter.    The documents make reference to a  “Version 2.0” sticker, but I am not sure where the sticker would be located and if I may have removed it at some point.  Could you post a picture of what this sticker looks like?  Is there are any other ways to determine the version of the lightcrafter without the sticker?

    Hello Melissa,

    Are you talking about the software version of the Lightcrafter? If so you can find it after connecting it to the GUI and hitting "Get" in the top left.

    If you were talking about something else please let me know what you are referring to.
